Ordering & Shipping

  • Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes, FREE shipping on all US order with no minimum spend. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. We do not offer international shipping.
  • How long until my order ships?Shipment Processing Time: We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or in rare cases, processing may take up to 7 business days. We do not offer local pick up. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays beyond our control. 
  • How long until my order is delivered? Estimated delivery window dates are displayed in each product based when you complete your checkout. Please note delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed in the event of unforeseen delays, including weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume seasonal impacts or incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. 
  • How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to follow your shipment in real time. If you have an account, you can also log in to view your order progress at any moment. Should you need any assistance, our team is here to help!
  • Is my package insured? Yes, every order we ship, is insured. At merchant's discretion, you may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery. 
  • What if my package is marked delivered but not received? 

    If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please complete the following steps before contacting Classy Moda NYC: 

    • Look for any notice of attempted delivery
    • Verify that the shipping address you provided at checkout is correct
    • Check around your delivery location, including mailrooms, building offices, or neighboring units
    • Check if someone else at the address accepted the delivery on your behalf

    If the package still cannot be located,Classy Moda NYC will initiate a lost-package claim with the carrier. Claims may take up to 10 business days to process. Once the carrier’s investigation is complete and the shipment is confirmed lost, we will proceed with an insurance reimbursement and reshipment of the item(s). Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the carrier’s investigation is finalized and the claim is issued, as packages are sometimes located and re-delivered during this process.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed? Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled or modified. This policy helps us maintain our competitive pricing and efficient service. 
  • Can I place an order over the phone? We are unable to process orders using your credit card information over the phone due to security reasons. However, if you are experiencing any issues checking out online, please give us a call at 646-504-9777, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

Product Authenticity & Details

  • Are your items authentic? Yes! All items sold on classymodanyc.com are guaranteed authentic. All of our luxury sunglasses and eyeglasses are brand new and come in the original manufacturer's packaging. Each item includes all accessories provided by the brand, such as the branded case, cleaning cloth, care materials, warranty cards and other documentation when supplied by the manufacturer.

    Classymodanyc.com sources its inventory through legitimate supply channels within the eyewear industry including reputable distributors and wholesalers. All products sold on our website are brand new authentic designer eyewear and include the original manufacturer packaging and accessories when provided by the brand. ClassyModaNYC is an independent online retailer of authentic designer eyewear and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell.

  • What does the purchase include? 

    Each product listed on our website is brand new and includes the complete branded retail packaging provided by the manufacturer. This typically includes the branded box, protective case, cleaning cloth, care materials, and warranty or authenticity documentation when provided by the brand. All products are shipped brand new in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure authenticity. 

  • Where do you source your products? 

    We source our inventory through established and reputable supply channels within the eyewear industry, including trusted distributors and wholesalers. All products sold on ClassyModaNYC are brand-new authentic designer eyewear and include original manufacturer packaging and accessories when provided by the brand. ClassyModaNYC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell.  We do not sell counterfeit, replica or imitation products.

  • Do the eyeglasses frames have prescription lenses in them? No, all of the eyeglasses frames come with clear demo lenses. They can be easily customized for your prescription.
  • I don’t see the item I am searching for. Can I place a custom order? Yes, we are happy to special order items for you at no additional cost. 

Returns & Loyalty

  • What is the return policy? Returns are accepted only for items received in brand-new condition: unworn, unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, with all security tags fully intact and unaltered. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or is missing any parts of the item. For protection and convenience, please use the original shipping box the order arrived in. If the original box is unavailable, use another sturdy box.
    All approved returns are issued as store credit only, in the form of a digital gift card that never expires, sent to the email address used at checkout. No refunds to the original form of payment will be provided. Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 72 hours from receipt for processing.
  • Do we offer FREE return shipping? Yes, we provide one prepaid return shipping label per approved return. 
  • How do you request the FREE return shipping label? To request the prepaid shipping label, email info@classymodanyc.com. Returns must use the provided label, any returns sent via other carriers or label not provided my Classy Moda NYC will not be accepted. 
  • What is the return window & tracking requirement?
    Return requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Once approved, the return must be shipped exclusively using the prepaid label provided by Classy Moda NYC and must show carrier-verified tracking activity within 72 hours following the 10th day of the return window.  Returns shipped late, without tracking, using any shipping method or label other than the one provided by Classy MODA NYC or outside these timeframes will automatically voided and ineligible for store credit.

  • Do you offer a loyalty program? Yes, we value our returning customers! We offer a Buy 10, Get 1 Free loyalty program on our eyewear. The free item is subject to brand limitations.

Payments & Security

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept 
    • Credit/Debit: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Union Pay, Diners Club
    • Digital Wallets: ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo
  • We offer different payment installment methods at checkout through 3rd party processors.
    Note: These are third party processing companies. Your APR and any fees incurred go directly to them not to us.
    • ShopPay Installments: Payment options are subject to eligibility check by lending partners at affirm.com/lenders. Options and down payment requirements depend on your purchase amount.
  • Is my information safe? Yes. Your security is our priority. Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, and your credit card information is encrypted and properly protected, both physically and electronically.
