FREE Shipping: All customers receive FREE U.S. Shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, UPS and/or FedEx which will be determined at the time of the sale by the merchant. Delivery dates are stated in each listing. Please note delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed in the event of unforeseen delays, including but not limited to weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume seasonal impacts or incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. 

Shipment Handling Time: We are always working diligently to get you your order processed quickly. Order handling time is from 3-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays may take longer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or your item is special ordered, shipments may be slightly delayed beyond the normal processing time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery for special orders.

Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Yes, We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. For expedited shipping, this would occur after the handling time. Please email for pricing and delivery time frames. 

Shipment Cutoff Time: Shipment cut off time is 10:00AM EST Monday thru Friday.  

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for items received in brand-new condition: unworn, unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, with all security tags fully intact and unaltered. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or is missing any parts of the item.

For protection and convenience, please use the original shipping box the order arrived in. If the original box is unavailable, use another sturdy box.

Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, in the form of a digital gift card that never expires, sent to the email address used at checkout. No refunds to the original form of payment will be provided. Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 72 hours from receipt for processing.

Free Return Shipping
We provide one prepaid return shipping label per approved return. To request the label, email info@classymodanyc.com. Returns must use the provided label; any returns sent via other carriers or labels will not be accepted.

Return Window & Tracking Requirement
Return requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Once approved, the return must be shipped exclusively using the prepaid label provided by Classy Moda NYC and must show carrier-verified tracking activity within 72 hours following the 10th day of the return window.

Returns shipped late, without tracking, using any shipping method or label other than the one provided by Classy Moda NYC or outside of these timeframes will be automatically voided and ineligible for store credit.

Final Sale Notice
All items not returned in accordance with this policy will be deemed final sale.
